1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AUTOW Parts Bot service ("Service") provided by AUTOW Services Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AUTOW Parts Bot is an AI-powered parts sourcing platform that:

  • Accepts vehicle registration numbers via Telegram
  • Looks up vehicle details via the UK DVLA API
  • Makes automated phone calls to your designated suppliers
  • Retrieves and delivers parts quotes back to you via Telegram

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate UK-based vehicle repair business to use this Service. You represent that all registration information is accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Telegram Integration

You must link a valid Telegram account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your Telegram account security and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and quote limits. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a pro-rata refund for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Abuse, harass, or spam suppliers through our platform
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to gather competitor intelligence
  • Make excessive or abusive API requests
  • Provide false or fraudulent information
  • Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

6. Supplier Management

6.1 Your Suppliers

You are responsible for obtaining permission from your suppliers to receive automated calls from our AI system. We are not responsible for supplier relationships or disputes.

6.2 Call Quality

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated calls may occasionally misinterpret supplier responses. You should verify critical information directly with suppliers before making business decisions.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described therein. By using the Service, you consent to such data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by AUTOW Services Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9.2 Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party services including DVLA API, VAPI.ai, and Telegram. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these external providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOW SERVICES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Inaccurate quotes or supplier information
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or failures (suppliers, DVLA, VAPI, Telegram)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AUTOW Services Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, non-payment, or abusive behavior. We may also discontinue the Service with 30 days notice.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Telegram 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
